1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after we receive your order confirmation and payment.
During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be extended. We will notify you if there are any delays.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
2.1 Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
2.2 International Shipping
International shipping times vary by destination:
- Canada: 7-14 business days
- Europe: 10-21 business days
- Other Countries: 14-30 business days
Note: International orders may be subject to customs fees and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Shipping method selected
- Destination address
- Weight and dimensions of the package
Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount - please check current promotions.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress through the carrier's website.
5. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@fish-scope.com. We may be able to update the address if the order hasn't shipped yet.
6. Delivery Issues
6.1 Delayed Delivery
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please:
- Check the tracking information for updates
- Contact the shipping carrier

6.2 Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen:

- We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package
- If the package cannot be located, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund
6.3 Damaged Packages
If you receive a damaged package:
- Do not accept the delivery if possible, or note the damage when accepting
- Take photos of the damaged package and contents
- Contact us immediately at info@fish-scope.com
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund
7. Undeliverable Packages
Packages may be returned to us if:
- The address is incorrect or incomplete
- The package is refused by the recipient
- The package cannot be delivered after multiple attempts
If your package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
8. International Shipping Restrictions
Some countries may have restrictions on importing electronic devices. It is the customer's responsibility to:
- Check local import regulations
- Pay any applicable customs fees or import taxes
- Provide accurate customs information if required
9. Business Days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
