1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- The item is in its original condition (unused, unopened, with all original packaging)
- The item is in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used or damaged
- Items without original packaging
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
- Items that have been customized or modified
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@fish-scope.com within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to the address provided in the return instructions
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
- It may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider
6. Defective or Damaged Items

- Arrange for a replacement or full refund
- Cover return shipping costs
- Process your request as quickly as possible
7. Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will:
- Send you the correct item at no additional charge
- Provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item
- Process a full refund if you prefer not to receive the correct item
8. Warranty Claims
All products come with manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims should be directed to us, and we will facilitate the warranty process.
9. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:
